Spastic Ink/Ron Jarzombek

Recently Ron Jarzombek has released a big deal: you can buy his cds with a good discount. Yes, I my self bought two of them, "Ink Complete" and "Solitarily Speaking Of Theoretical Confinement". I had an old tape of "Ink Complete" and knew parts of "Solitarily ..." from Jarzombek's MySpace. Well, both deserve two long reviews and I'll have them ready as soon as I hear them. Man, "Solitarily ...", sounds as Steve Vai multiplied ( directly on hardware ) by 10. The booklet has explanations to how Jarzombek came up with every concept for the compositions. I wish I was erudite enough to bring you words as " a massive, aesthetic attack of of a multitude of sounds" spiced with real amazing blatant shredding.

"Ink Complete" to me is legendary. It was back then, when prog metal left its childhood. I keep these cds with me when I go to sleep just my kids do with their new toys.
